First, the plaintiff says the defendant's daughter crashed a scooter into her, causing injuries. The plaintiff is suing for medical bills. The defendant insists the plaintiff walked into his daughter, and it was 100% the plaintiff's fault.

Then, the plaintiffs purchased baseball game tickets from the defendant, but the barcodes were already used, and they couldn't get in. The plaintiffs are suing for a refund. The defendant insists he doesn't even sell tickets, and this lawsuit is bogus. The defendant is countersuing for slander.

Plus, the plaintiff pawned his necklace at the defendant's shop. The defendant sold it right under his nose, so the plaintiff is suing for the value of the necklace. The defendant argues that the plaintiff didn't make any payments on his property, so he sold the necklace.
