The plaintiff says he hired the defendant to shoot his wedding with the understanding that the video would be given to him immediately so he could take it to Korea to show his family. A few days later, he paid the defendant in full before the job was completed, and the defendant never gave him the footage. He is suing for a refund. The defendant says he had no idea that the plaintiff expected him to upload six hours of raw footage onto the web so his family could watch the wedding immediately after it ended, because he never would have agreed to that. He says he provided the plaintiff with exceptional service, sent him the finished product as promised, and refuses to return his money.
