A group of scientists from Russia's National University of Science and Technology MISIS developed a ceramic material with the highest melting point among currently known compounds. They used the triple hafnium-carbon-nitrogen system, hafnium carbonitride (Hf-C-N) because scientists from Brown University (U.S.) previously predicted that hafnium carbonitride would have a high thermal conductivity, high resistance to oxidation and probably the highest melting point among all known compounds. Therefore, they fabricated the compound, hafnium carbonitride, close to the theoretical composition, and upon heating, found that it has a higher melting point than the "Original Champion" hafnium carbide, which has a melting point of about 3900 °C (7052°F).
However, at the moment, the specific melting point of the new material is above 4000 degrees C, and could not be determined precisely in the laboratory. In the future, the team plans to conduct experiments for measuring the exact melting temperature of this new material using a laser or electricity. They also plan to study the performance of the resulting hafnium carbonitride in hypersonic conditions.

Nikola Tesla was born on 10 July 1856. He was born at midnight during a thunder storm. The maiden said “This child is beloved of darkness” but Tesla’s mother replied, “No, this child will walk towards light and light will adore him and so as the world.”
In 1861, Tesla attended primary school where he studied German, physics and arithmetic. Tesla had a great memory & powerful brain. At the age of 10, he easily understood many complex physics concepts and develops love towards electricity & current.
During his lifetime Tesla made some great inventions his most important invention is Alternating Current, Tesla Coil, Neon lamps, Induction Motor etc. One of his quote said, “The present is theirs; the future, for which I really worked, is mine.”
Nikola Tesla died on 7 January 1943. After Teslas death, the authority seized all of his possessions some of his inventions are still classified.
