Discover the new and improved Visual Shader Editor in Godot 3.1 as I explore the possibility of using it to create a swooping scanning effect for my Roguelike Space Adventure.

This week I'm working on the shaders and the art assets for my game as I try to finalize the look so I can maybe hand of the graphics to an actual artist. I'd very much like everyone's opinion on what works and what doesn't work for a Roguelike. What do you think of my scanner effect ?
