Saying Goodbye to India - Delayed Flights & Long Journey Home
My final day in the life travel vlog in India. After an incredible 10-day journey through the Golden Triangle, it was time to say goodbye to New Delhi India and head back home to Siem Reap, Cambodia.

After one last look at the city that started this whole adventure, I was collected and driven to Indira Gandhi International Airport for my long journey home.

Arriving at New Delhi Airport, I quickly realized this wasn't going to be a smooth travel day. Flight delays started almost immediately, and what should have been a straightforward journey turned into a long day of waiting, gate changes, and patience.

My route home took me from New Delhi, India to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and then finally to Siem Reap, Cambodia. With the delays, this already long journey became even longer.

The first leg from Delhi to Ho Chi Minh City was delayed, but eventually we boarded and took off. The flight itself was fine, and we made up most of the delay.

The final leg from Ho Chi Minh City to Siem Reap was short but sweet. After such a long travel day, I was more than ready to be home.
Reflections on India
Looking back on this trip - my first time in India - I'm overwhelmed with gratitude. The Golden Triangle tour showed me Delhi, Jaipur, and Agra in all their chaotic, colorful, beautiful glory. From sunrise at the Taj Mahal to Diwali fireworks in Jaipur, ancient stepwells to rooftop dinners, every single day was unforgettable.
India is overwhelming, magical, challenging, and absolutely worth it. If you're thinking about visiting India for the first time, the Golden Triangle is the perfect introduction. Just be prepared for the chaos, the beauty, and the fact that India will stay with you long after you leave.
