I use Omniflop to read, write, format and make image files of old sampler formats.
I then use HxCfloppyEmulator to make *.HFE files from the image files, so that my floppy emulator (in my samplers) can treat these as real floppies and load in the samples and programs.
I've used this workflow for years now and it works very well.
Or you can use celery, that works equally well too.
