I was given a 30-year-old Kawasaki KLF300 4x4 quad bike for free, but it had some major problems. From a catastrophic drive shaft failure that punched a HOLE in the alloy crankcase to rusted-solid brakes, a water-logged differential, and electrical issues.

Key Repairs & Issues Solved:

Drive shaft failure & Crankcase hole repair

Rusted solid front brakes & Differential bearings

Fuel system cleanup

Chassis rust treatment & Gear lever rebuild

Electrical issues

Exhaust pipe repair

Let me know what you thought of this budget restoration in the comments! ๐Ÿ‘‡
