Swingin' D Horse Rescue saved Romeo and Everest from slaughter in January 2018. We were told they came from the same ranch. They're incredibly well broke, calm, social, respectful, healthy geldings that did nothing to deserve a violent Mexican slaughter.
Since they arrived at the D for quarantine, they've been inseparable. They're not buddy sour; they just love each other. A lot. They play together like this ALL DAY.
It's impossible to keep them clean because they're always mauling each other like this. I just finished brushing the icicles off them and they went at each other.
