Could Captain America ACTUALLY Beat Homelander?

Now before talking about Brave New World, i'm going to have to mention Falcons scaling throughout the movies and in his disney + show. Falcon before becoming Captain America was surprisingly very powerful. He was already a trained martial artist who took his skills to a new level in order to become an avenger, eventually becoming a fighter who can stand up to superhuman level threats. Now initially when he was in his Falcon Era, he did NOT have the best track record. He just kept losing, and losing, and losing every single fight he had and honestly this is the reason why I find it so strange to scale him. The best thing I can say is he survives holding back Spider Man and Ant Man but that doesn't really get him anywhere higher than Wall Level, which he’s already displayed those levels on his own. But we get to see him being pretty competent once his disney+ show rolls around, aka Falcon and the Winter Soldier. Where we see Falcon have his new suit and this allows him to not only scrap with Super Soldiers, but even surprisingly get the jump on threats like Bucky and John Walker. Using Captain America for this may be shaky but I think their overall strength is comparable. And by the time we get into Brave New World, Falcon has not only taken his training to a new level in order to compensate for not having the serum, but with his new suit he’s hitting harder, and flying faster, along with becoming more agile. Sam as well now has access to the shield which can not only deflect repulsor blasts, but even withstand punches from the Winter Soldier, Strikes from Mjolnir, and even strikes from Thanos. And now his suit is made up of this same material, meaning it's going to be difficult for Homelander to put him down. Homelander within the Boys universe is the undisputed strongest. This means he pretty much can be upscaled from any feat in the series, like Lamplighter burning humans, and Soldier Boy generating explosions. Soldier Boys' explosion is at best City Block level and this is something that even Queen Maeve can survive, meaning Homelander should be in this tier. Which is consistent since a younger homelander survived a chemical plant explosion, and this was calculated to be roughly in this same tier. The problem with Homelander is that past this feat, he does not show anything physically impressive. We know Season 1 Homelander should be stronger than the younger one, but we don't know by how much. The best line of scaling we can give to Homelander is if we take Ali from cobra kais statement at face value. But I really don't want to sit here and say that because of this statement, Homelander is just tanking an H Bomb and walking out fine. Especially considering the characters he's superior to can still damage Homelander, and the younger homelander does show visible damage to the explosion. Falcon is scaling to other stronger MCU Characters that are moving multiple times faster than Homelanders best feat. Meaning Falcon would be able to perceive and react to Homelanders blows pretty easily. And it looks worse on Homelanders ' part considering Sam is a skilled martial artist and has the advantage in hand to hand combat. The biggest thing that Sam is going to be dealing with is Homelanders Attack Potency, which in my opinion Homelander should have the edge in by a good bit. However, with his Vibranium Wings and Shield, I actually think Sam is strong enough to actually deal with the gap in strength, the same way he was able to with Red Hulk. Steve himself throughout the series has also done this and Sam is now just him but better at this point with his equipment. Homelander could maybe use his heat vision but Sam himself has Red Wing that can not only shoot lasers faster, but take attacks for Sam and allow him to throw his shield or fly fast enough to knock him out unconscious. Sam at this point has fought superheroes, soldiers, and had to fight a Hulk in his first movie. I think Homelander would definitely be annoying for him, and honestly before becoming Cap he’d probably get destroyed.
