Raditz VS Thragg Isn’t What You Think

Thragg vs Raditz. After dropping the last invincible dragon ball related matchup, a lot of you have yapped in my comments about me downplaying the scaling of invincible, I wanted to sit down and make those people mad yet again, and explain this Viltrumite Bomb vs Coughing Saiyan matchup. Today we will be taking who is regarded as the strongest viltrumite, also known as Thragg, and put him up against Raditz who’s regarded as the weakest Saiyan around. Even despite Thraggs hype and the disrespect to Raditz’s name, I believe both characters have unique enough scaling for their own matchup, as Thragg is a much stronger viltrumite than the ones used in vs battles like Mark and Nolan, while Raditz is literally never talked about EVER. So with that being said, I hope you guys enjoy this video. Invincible is a verse in the past that I have said is a lot weaker than people think it is. The reason for this is because the main line of scaling that’s used for the majority of the verse, is a feat performed by 3 top tiers who had to hit a specific point in a planet with a destabilized core. Meaning this feat really doesn’t mean much and at best supports them being not Planetary and maybe around Moon or Small Planet at best. But we do know characters like Thragg are an exception, considering he proceeds to destroy Mark and Omni Man, and was even destroying a planet while fighting the likes of Battle Beast. So while characters like Omni Man are contentiously planetary, someone like Thragg should be easily in this tier. And for those who may bring up the sun disk feat, or how a laser that can destroy a sun disk, and it’s not stated on the list of weapons that can kill viltrumites. Firstly this would be implying most or if not ALL viltrumites, which directly gets contradicted as we see 3 strong viltrumites, not even being able to run through a planet. So the laser shouldn’t really be acknowledged as if it was it would not only be contradicted by the story, but we have to make an assumption of the laser itself anyway. As if they COULD destroy the disk, why didn’t they just do this instead of having a laser do it for them? It's a big reach of an argument that truly doesn’t stick well together if it all, and so for that reason I don’t think viltrumites are star level. And anyone bringing up CrossVerse stuff uhh Xenoverse Raditz solos anyway, let’s talk about speed. Since Thragg scales above Omni Man, he should just be capable of moving faster than him, and we’ve seen Nolan travel from earth to the virgo supercluster within a week. Mind you the Virgo supercluster is 65 million light years away, meaning for Nolan to do this within a finite amount of time, he’d at least need to be moving over 3 million times the speed of light. And we know that characters in invincible have their combat and reaction speed comparable to their travel speed, so not only can Thragg travel at these speeds, but he can combat and react at similar levels. As for Hax I feel the only thing worth noting here is the fact that Thragg can fly and breathe in space, along with literally hurting his own enemies off of them hitting him, because of how much more powerful he is compared to characters like Nolan. Meaning if Thragg is a good bit above Raditz, I genuinely could see a case made for Raditz hitting Thragg and doing more damage to himself in the process. Anyway, with all that said about the Leader of the Viltrumites, let’s talk about the lowest of low class Saiyans, that being Raditz. Cue the edit. Raditz despite being considered by the vs community to be Margit from Elden ring or the level 1 boss for other verses going up against dragon ball characters, it’s actually kinda ridiculous how strong he actually is compared to what we’ve seen before, in retrospect, he really doesn’t mean all that much but at the time, Raditz was the greatest enemy that the earth had seen in a long time. Surpassing characters like King Piccolo, who was said to be capable of destroying the world with ease. We also have Piccolo casually doing the same thing with more energy outputted, and Raditz took literally no damage from Piccolo. So bare minimum, regardless of your feelings, Raditz is without a doubt Large Planetary. He has decent ki control as well, which allows him to fly and shoot blasts and stun his opponents. Due to raditz having really 1 fight that matters, there's nothing really more to say for the low class saiyan, so let's see if the strongest viltrumite can beat the weakest saiyan?
