Choso is a supporting character in the Jujutsu Kaisen series. He and his two brothers, Kechizu and Eso are incarnated in Cursed Womb: Death Paintings 1-3. Choso initially sided with Kenjaku's alliance with Mahito until he discovered one of the curse user's past identities was the cruel father of the Death Painting Wombs, Noritoshi Kamo. He also found out that Yuji Itadori is another relative of Kenjaku's and has aligned himself with his new "younger brother". Hello chat, today we are going to be talking about the most recent death in the manga so if you don’t wanna get spoiled then please leave. But for those who are still here well then you know why I’m upset. MY GOAT CHOSO DIDN'T DESERVE THIS. Nah but I want to analyze not only choso in this chapter but, I guess make this video kinda an appreciation to the character because of how much i like him. No glaze he just gets better and better every arc and ima explain as to why that’s the case. Before knowing who his true brother was, Choso was nothing more than a death painting womb who had brothers tasked with the mission of killing Itadori. As we know this goes wrong, leading into Choso plotting to avenge his brother by killing Itadori. This then leads into the shibuya incident where these two then meet for the first time, with Choso showing off his bloodlust by shooting him off with a piercing blood and was constantly set on killing him. As these two battle and Itadori is about to get finished off, we then for some reason see a memory trigger in Choso’s mind. As we know, Choso would get memories of Itadori being his life long brother, which puts him in a mental breakdown for obvious reasons. Bro just found out the guy who killed his brothers is now also his brother. And for those who are a little confused as to why this happened, Kenjaku basically moving from body to body allowed Choso to come to the conclusion that he and yuji have some type of connection. With this in mind, he not only considered Yuji his little brother and devoted his life to protecting him, but he also devoted his life to getting revenge on Kenjaku for keeping this from him and manipulating him from the jump. This would then lead into the brotherly duo fighting Naoya, a person who unlike Choso would never devote himself to his family but rather do whatever it takes to take what’s his. He quite literally tried having Megumi murdered after finding out he was going to be the head of his clan, assaulted Mai, and quite literally did anything he could to get his way. Which is why it was perfect having him fight Choso as it's the most selfish person going up against the man who’s dedicating his life to his sibling. This fight is super underrated so I just wanted to quickly shed some light on it before we move on to the more relevant stuff, that being his fight with Kenjaku and Sukuna. Firstly we’ll talk about his fight with Kenny, where through this fight we see that Choso has some conflict within him. Although the circumstances have changed for him, he still feels guilty since he’s helping the guy who murdered his brothers. After deciding to stay with Yuki to protect Tengen, he would confront Kenny with the intent to open his domain. Choso knew he was outclassed but with a desire to kill him and strong will power… he would get cooked. Jujutsu Kaisen is a sequel to Akutami's Tokyo Metropolitan Curse Technical School, serialized in Shueisha's Jump GIGA from April to July 2017, later collected in a tankōbon volume, retroactively titled as Jujutsu Kaisen 0, in December 2018. Jujutsu Kaisen is licensed for English-language release in North America by Viz Media, which has published the manga in print since December 2019. Shueisha publishes the series in English on the Manga Plus online platform. Two novels, written by Ballad Kitaguni, were published in May 2019 and January 2020, respectively. A 24-episode anime television series adaptation produced by MAPPA, aired on MBS from October 2020 to March 2021.
