Another attempt at converting NTSC Salty's Lighthouse footage into PAL. You may have seen my previous SL NTSC to PAL conversion video, but I figured that I needed to improve on it. In this video, there is an improved frame rate conversion (still not perfect though), improved sharpening (you can't really see it though, since YouTube scales the video back down from 576i to 480p), as well as some colour corrections.
