Many American Tugs fans have a hard time viewing the episodes outside of YouTube. It's taken me a few years of collecting, eBay, Amazon, and Craigslist purchases to get here, but I can now watch Tugs in its true form. The main hardware components I had to get was a VCR from the UK (bought it about 2 years ago, shipping costs were fairly hefty, but that's to be expected). I recently bought the multi system video monitor for $60. It supports PAL, NTSC, SECAM and NTSC 4.43. I also have a region free DVD player that can output either NTSC or PAL. I can get around a lot of foreign formats and region restrictions.
