Finally, after almost a year of work, I have a perfect NTSC to PAL conversion! The last conversion video I posted turned out good, but that method takes so long to do. This video only took 2 renders. The main change with this video, however, is that I did not use Pinnacle Studio. I used Sony Vegas' little brother 'Movie Studio Platinum 12.0'. I have it on trial, but I like it so much that I'm eventually going to get it (if I can't bootleg, then I can get it fairly cheap off Amazon). Here's what I did, put the NTSC video in a PAL timeline, rendered it, then took that video, raised the colour saturation, adjusted the brightness and contrast to give it deeper blacks and more vibrant colours, and sharpened it, then rendered that. And since Movie Studio does a good frame rate automatically, I didn't have to worry about that! :D
