It all began as an ordinary day in September... an ordinary day in Spanish Village.
A village controlled by Osmund Saddler's cult is known as Los Illuminados.
No one dared to oppose them, and that lack of strength would ultimately lead to their destruction.
I suppose they had to suffer the consequences of their actions,
but their would be no forgiveness.
If only they had had the courage to fight!
Los Illuminados resurrected some sort of parasitic organism they call Las Plagas.
That's all my castellans knows for sure.
My family, castellans for generations, possess the ability to control Las Plagas.
My hypothesis is that a unique frequency of sonic wave sensed only by the parasites is used to control them.
The same principle used in dog whistles.
Its true that once the wheels of justice begin to turn
nothing can stop them, nothing.
It was Spanish Villages last chance, and my last chance. My last escape.

But I'm afraid it's Ashley we need...
She was kidnapped by Jack Krauser while on her way home from
her university. Only a handful of people know about this kidnapping.
She was supposed to stay in the church, but due to American Agent's investigation...
we lost her...
Mister Kennedy, the one who's our spike in the eye.
He came to the Village and saved her.
Mendez tried to stop him, but... he failed...
Now my castelans are trying to get her back.
We set a trap near sewers, where Leon would have to encounter our Novistadors.
If the mission will succeed...

I saw how you defeated Luis and retrieved sample, though.
Now, we lost Ashley again, beceause that American Agent saved her again.
WHat are you planning?
Now, he killed many castelans lots of them were Leaders.
I sent again some novistadors, those which can fly. I hope they will stop his investigation...
