To pass through the lasers jump on its very side and quickly press the Analog Stick on the opposite direction of the side you chose, you'll be pushed throught the lasers
If you want to pass trhough it by walking you have to get hit and once you get unvunerable walk toward the very side and press the analog stick on the opposite side you chose
At 2:08, to break through the watherfall hold up on the analog stick and keep pressing the jump button toward the watherfall
I find this glitch kinda hard to perform, there seems to be a specific gap to break through
2:32 to break through the ceiling get hit and once you get unvulnerable you'll be able to jump through the ceiling
At 3:01 there is a specific gap on both sides of that object, so to break though it you have to find it and slowly walk toward it
There is a way to find the gap, keep walking or slowly pressing the analog stick toward the corner of that object and once you get pushed and Knuckles stop slowly press the analog stick toward the object and you'll break through it
At the Sonic's part, to pass through the lasers simply aim and jump/walk toward the very sides of the lasers and you'll pass through it without getting damaged
At 3:44 to somersault and pass under that thing while the liquid is running aproach the wall and press the analog stick almost in opposite direction of the wall and keep pressing the attack button, its kinda hard to find the right angle
