S7 is the class A+ office complex, located in Vilnius, Lithuania. The concept design and the execution is based on three core values: maximizing the employee well-being, minimizing the environmental impact and serving the local communities.
The first building of the project, DC PIER, has been granted the BREEAM New Construction Excellence Certificate. This is the first time this certificate is granted in Lithuania and only the second in the Baltic countries.
Peikko has supplied over 6 kilometers of DELTABEAM® for the first three buildings of the S7 Business Campus.
