작년 국민의료비 225조원 역대 최대… GDP의 8.4%

South Korea's national health spending hit a record high last year approaching 225 trillion won with out-of-pocket medical spending accounting for over 92 percent of this sum.
Also according to the National Health Accounts this total expenditure is equivalent to 8-point-4 percent of the country's GDP with per-person spending topping 4-point-3 million won.
National health spending includes medical goods and services provided directly to individuals and collective health expenditure that covers public health programs and health administration.
