My VIDEO UPDATE on this matter:

No matter how many TCs you add, only one of them is needed for full control of the base.
(and no, locks don't matter. I specifically omit locks from the video BECAUSE they don't matter)
This is sometimes a theoretical weakness, given the random element, but if a raider can eliminate the random element, it means your base can be many, many rockets weaker than you thought.
ESPECIALLY if you use certain bunkers or windowed loot rooms.
THAT SAID, My bases (specifically, Trio-Heaven, Trio-Dream, Mini-Deathknell, Deathknell2) are immune to the 'opening of bunkers' since I build the bunkers slightly different than most bases. Mine are "outside-in" bunkers while most open-core style bases use "inside-out" bunkers.
If you don't know what I mean, no worries. If you do, well, you do.
