This review is Part 2 Lunch & Dinner of a 24 hour ration for the The Ministry of Emergency Situations, MChS (Russian: Министерство по чрезвычайным ситуациям – МЧС России), or internationally as EMERCOM derived from "Emergency Control Ministry". It is specifically for providing meals for national emergencies or natural disasters. It is quite substantial and something I would prefer over a MRE in the same situation, but I may be biased since I have grown quite the affinity for Russian rations.
