This review is labeled a Chinese Maritime Soldiers Daily Ration. Whether it is a legit military item is up for speculation but I was thrilled with the opportunity to try it. It seems like a cross of a type 9 dry ration and meal ready to eat since it has both ready to eat items, bits of compressed emergency type bars and a soup that requires water.
