Shenfield is a major station located just outside London on the Great Eastern Main Line. It is a major interchange station, being the eastern terminus of the Elizabeth line, and the junction between the main Great Eastern Main Line towards Chelmsford and Colchester and its Southend branch.
This station is always busy and is one of my favourite to film at on the GEML. In just an hour I was able to catch the full variety of Elizabeth line class 345s, and Greater Anglia Class 720s and 745s. Services were ramping up just before rush hour so there was plenty on offer here.
Included in this video is a special entrance from Elizabeth line's 345055 in its colourful pride livery, which pops up towards the end of the video.
