Two fire chiefs in southwestern Manitoba are raising concerns about a proposed leadership change at their fire halls. The halls in Ninette, Belmont and Dunrea have their own fire chiefs, but the Rural Municipality of Prairie Lakes wants to have one chief for all three halls.
