Easy run with strides for my first run in the Velocity Nitro 4. The all Nitro midsole this year is softer than I expected, especially in the heel. The forefoot though remains pretty similar to last year, and so people who like that workhorse feeling in their daily trainers should still be happy. Overall, the sensation I’m getting from this shoe is that it’s like a neutral version of the Forever Run 2.
