Run with me in the New Balance More v6. I ran a hard long run yesterday and was in need of a super comfy recovery run shoe. The More v6 delivered, which is a relief because I didn’t love last year’s More v5. That shoe felt like it was very motion controlled and firm - it felt like they made a big shoe for walking but not so much for running. This year’s update feels more like some previous More versions that I’ve enjoyed. It feels like a running shoe again. And it’s still pretty wide so I don’t feel like it’s unstable at all. It’s not the squishiest shoe on the market, but there is a pleasant softness in the stack height that makes sense for runs where comfort is paramount.
