The Making of Seven Acre Dairy Company: Preserving Buildings and Stories at Crumbling Dane County Dairy Factory

Nic Mick has spent much of the last 18 months wrapped up in the process of rehabilitating a crumbling former dairy factory in Paoli into a concept called the Seven Acre Dairy Company. What we learned from taking a decaying building, nominating it for a place on the National Register of Historic Places, and reimagining it for a new audience.
