Rose Wood Rag (March and Two-Step) by Peter M. Heaton, composed in 1909.
Today's video was published in 1909 by Victor Kremer Co. in Chicago and is the only composition by Peter M. Heaton that I could find (along with almost nothing about the composer himself.) It's labeled as a march and two-step but has plenty of syncopation, especially in the first two strains.
