"The Pathfinder of Panama" by John Philip Sousa, arranged for piano duet by myself.
Now I know what you're thinking... it's not July yet! That is correct, but also this year is the Semiquincentennial, the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence here in the U.S. So this year I am releasing a bonus Sousa duet (there will still be one in July!) and putting together a collection of Sousa marches that I will be releasing later this summer. It will include all the duets that I've arranged over the last several years as well as a few other duets, a couple six-hand arrangements, and one piano solo - so stayed tuned for that in a few months! 🎆
This was one of Sousa's marches that was written specifically for a festival or expo, and marked the completion of the Panama Canal in 1915. Enjoy!
