Stop motion image capture pipeline and ui with ros2 and imgui and usb_cam.

Not sure what k2so is doing- dancing?

Also though it would be easier to concatenate an mp4 from kazam with an image sequence of a different resolution in shotcut, but I think shotcut is confused about framerate and resolution.
