Apply an infinite impulse response filter to a video stream. Not that interesting until a large a coefficient is applied.
The video gets fouled up with large coefficients because the processing is being done with 8-bit color- probably the frames should be filtered in 16-bit signed and then converted back to 8 for published, though with a large performance penalty.
