Come with me to the ROEST Coffee Roaster offices in Oslo, Norway. I recently had the opportunity to see their small but impressive facility, touring the roasting room, R&D lab, production area, QC space, and more.
Plus we get a first look at the P3000 (their new 3kg roaster) from the literal inside mid-assembly.
