The criminal matter involving KZN police officer Captain Pedro Rodriguez and 9 colleagues has been postponed to October 5 for a pre-trial conference. Rodriguez and his co-accused appeared at the Durban Regional Court following their arrests in connection with the shooting of KZN businessman Thabiso Ngcobo in May 2024.
