Rodney Childers just wrapped up a season of helping Kevin Harvick’s CARS TOUR Late Model Team with the season championship.

Their driver, Landen Lewis wrapped that up Saturday night and it’s the last official workday for Childers at KHI before jumping over to Jr Motorsports Monday to begin working as an Xfinity Series Crew Chiefing for the #1 car that will rotate between Carson Kvapil and Connor Zilisch.

I chatted with Rodney about all of this shortly after the end of the CARS Tour race at North Wilkesboro Speedway.
