At Nymus3D we produced a series of videos for the "Rocket" project, this one is about "Validis".
Currently available glucose monitoring systems can monitor baseline glucose levels, but are still monitored by the patient when it comes to meals and other glucose-altering events such as exercise or illness.
While there has been a great need for innovative infusion sets recently and infusion sets are expected to be the next major bottleneck in the development of glucose control solutions, there appears to be limited development efforts worldwide. This is due to the lack of awareness, but also due to the lack of suitable microneedling technology.
