Jamaican Italian Fusion...this is the BREADFRUIT BRUSCHETTA! I haven't seen anything like it online so maybe this is a worlds first?! Today I'm picking fresh tomatoes and basil from my garden to make a bruschetta, but mixed it up with some fresh scotch bonnet peppers, salt & olive oil. Instead of rustic bread, I'm using roast then fried breadfruit for some awesome blend of flavours! This was for real a 10/10 taste, try it out and let me know what you think.
