We build tanks, subsidize their creation of what are essentially tanks to be driven on publicly funded roads (thus "freeways") paid by everyone's taxes... then we wonder why, after driving TANKS around, pedestrian and cyclist deathtolls are on the ride to the moon. Huh. I wonder why?
