In this RNWY Foundation Daily All-In-One Athletic Longevity Supplement Review, five people share their opinions of this electrolyte supplement based on how it tastes and how it affects them.

To be clear, I did receive 3 bags of RNWY Foundation as a gift. We had already finished an entire bag before starting this review, and I think it could be helpful for anyone wondering whether or not they should try this supplement with electrolytes and more.

I usually like to make my own electrolyte drinks because they're fairly inexpensive and I know exactly what I'm putting in my body. That being said, I didn't expect to like this electrolyte powder, but I thought the ingredients were great for an electrolyte supplement, so I didn't mind giving it a try.

To my surprise, I did perform pretty well doing Crossfit workouts after taking it, and it might have had something to do with the RNWY supplement.

The company that makes the supplement says it's made by runners for runners. It contains collagen peptides, L-carnitine, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin D, and more, in addition to the electrolytes.

The price is close to $2.00 per serving, which is more than I'm used to spending on an electrolyte supplement, but it may be worth a try for people looking for a good electrolyte powder with vitamins, minerals, and other ingredients designed to help athletes hydrate and recover.

L-carnitine is an amino acid that helps the body convert fat into energy. It's also involved in muscle movement and brain function, among other things.

As far as taste goes, it does taste pretty strong, but it also has a similar flavor to other electrolyte drinks. I wouldn't say it's amazing, but it's easy for me to drink, and I don't mind the taste at all.

I hope my RNWY Foundation Electrolyte Supplement Review gives you an idea of what this supplement is like.
