A rock/metal cover of the Rival Theme from the video game "I Love You, Colonel Sanders! A Finger Lickin' Good Dating Simulator!".
So this week's cover is a bit of a meme, as the KFC dating sim is mostly satirical, but has some surprisingly good music!
The original is already metal performed on VST/MIDI instruments, so I figure a metal arrangement performed on real guitars and synths would bring a lot of energy to an already well composed track!
The arrangement itself is mostly the same as the original, with some small changes and additions such as a couple bars of blast beats, an obligatory prog riff and a guitar solo.
I think this turned out just as energetic as planned, and I hope you all enjoy this silly cover as much as we did making it!
