The Riordan Scholars Program at UCLA Anderson encourages individuals in diverse and underserved communities to consider and prepare for careers in management through education, mentorship, professional development and, above all, leadership.

Nine teams of Los Angeles High School students prepare for the program’s annual Stock Market Analyst Competition. Under the guidance of Riordan alumni and UCLA Anderson faculty, they spend six months researching Fortune 500 companies. They learn the language of business and the economy, time management and financial analysis, and experience how empowering it feels to build and own new professional skills. In a final competition, the teams present their analysis before a panel of judges for a chance to win big.
