Riding for the Disabled Association are celebrating their 50th birthday this year, and have launched '50 Faces of RDA' to highlight their incredible volunteers.
With the focus of the campaign challenging stereotypes of disability, the charity have been travelling all over the UK to capture their stories.
And one of the chosen faces was a Manchester lady, who's terminal illness has given her a new way of thinking towards her charity.
