The other morning we happened across a fatal motorcycle accident on the interstate.
There were some obviously unusual circumstances based on the positioning of the bike, it's rider and proximity to an on ramp that had us speculating on the cause.
After reading the police report and returning to observe the scene of the accident for a second time, it became obvious that the primary cause of the accident was something everyone who rides a motorcycle experiences at one time or another, but only a few knowledgeable rides know the details of.
