RHUBARB GIMLET

The Gimlet is me wife’s favourite so when I saw @jeffmorgen’s no cook rhubarb syrup I had to jump on it. Fresh rhubarb juice makes for a sweet, tart and subtle savoury pink Gimlet. Sure to keep the ice happy! 😆

2 oz (60 ml) dry gin, @threefolddistilling
¾ oz (22.5 ml) rhubarb syrup
¾ oz (22.5 ml) lime juice
