TL;DR - Cancel everything. Or at least try to, depending on how badly your device lags.

First phase:
Every third basic attack (single icicle) is immediately followed up by the Ceiling Icicles, but this attack can be cancelled.
0:55 - After you drop the first bar, she adds a full party freeze attack, which can also be cancelled. The snowstorm can also be cancelled, but it will cancel itself when you finish this HP bar.

Second phase:
2:01 - She now has a full party basic attack, which you can cancel. The bear also does it's roar thing, but I don't think is cancellable.
If she summons an ice wall, you'll want to prioritize killing it, though it's not really sturdy.

Most of this phase is really just cancelling what you can. Once you bring her down to about half of her last HP bar, she gets a little crazy, but just hold out as long as you can, and then hit the panic button.

6:30 - Stats and gear. Mikoto needs the levels to survive multiple attacks. Pakane passive is extremely useful, highly recommened, but not absolutely necessary. Did not have Mikoto or Yurugu passives.
