Farming for materials for the Trichroma Fairy summoning item. Turtle Shell slows you down by a lot, but also makes you pretty tanky.
Pressurized Bow should be better than Rainbow Sword for taking down the Ghosts, since the tornadoes home in. Wood Arrows because they're cheap and you'll go through plenty of them.
