Veteran Announcer and Pias Take Command stack long enough to kill the NPC. Cless Mass Corrossive and Backstab also stack.
It doesnt really matter if Pia dies or not, but its preferable since shes not used after the first Take Command and you dont have to keep switching back to Cless.
This NPC loves to buff herself and then go crazy on you. She also likes to cheat with her Celerity buff at yellow HP, which gives her three actions that turn. Its best if you never give her a chance to actually act, which means killing her as fast as possible.
This fight can be reduced to an 8 turn with the use of damage Allies. Here I show you where to get them.
3:07 - Veteran Announcer, in the Arena. You need him to extend Pias Take Command buff. And who doesnt want more attack?
3:40 - Nimble Woman, in Victors Hollow. She does about 5k with a full physical debuff.
4:05 - Blank-eyed Gladiator, also in Victors Hollow, past the Nimble Woman. He deals 3.5k without an elemental debuff. The animation is a bit long though.
4:45 - Striving Squire, in Flamesgrace. He deals about 6.5k with full physical debuff, but youll notice hes much more difficult to recruit.
Ultimately, I skipped the damage Allies for this BT fight. It takes too much time and effort to save a single turn, when ideally the NPC will only deal damage once, and to Pia anyway.
Also, I forgot to show equipment. Both Lucetta and Cless have SP regeneration accessories. Armor shouldnt matter, but you want the best weapons you can get your hands on, preferably BT Bows. Lucetta and Cless also require A1, for the speed.")

Saileach could debatably be replaced with Suzuran s3 to shave off a few seconds. However, this means I wouldnt have an extra operator to help retake the tower. This could be mitigated by using the Seaborne, but I dont feel like testing this out.
3:46 - 100. Silverash is from an old strategy. Apparently Surtr can oneshot the dogs with enough boosts. Who knew dogs were so tanky?
7:00 - 200. Nothing special here. Myrtle s2 is help keep Rosa alive without having to use the platforms and Seaborne.
10:16 - 300. Cant hide underwater if Silverash can see you.
11:49 - 350. This is where Suzuran s3 would replace Saileach. Retreat Eyja, have Suzuran ready, and give Silverash the Seaborne. I keep Surtr out to bonk the golem, and also help retake the tower.
Amiya cannot tank two consecutive explosions, so I need to block one from reaching her.
12:55 - Nuke these with Eyja, then retreat. Eyja plus the tower deals too much damage to the next set of mages. Have Saileach help retake the tower.
