One problem left, that nasty pressure in the front. I believe the issue is the forward mass, under higher fan speed, is not allowed to spread over. When the duct volume is complete filled, and makes pressure instead of velocity, the air has no place to go and overruns the front valve outlet slit. Not sure I can fix without CFD or a lot of trial and error. The air is getting more controlled and 'softer', which I like!
This is the revision 2 duct in that I abandoned the 'wedge' profile and instead added an upper torus to better allow more volume into the top section. This allows a more even pressure above the exit orifices so they bleed more homogeneous.
This is all test and tune to see overhang performance in all directions. This duct will get 8 orifices eventually, if I can balance it.
Currently tested 8.5min benchy, no issues with cooling.
