“This storm was the worst ever to hit our town. The whole town is devastated,” says Jay. “This is actually an important street—you couldn’t get through any of it. But you guys have… it’s amazing what you’ve done.”
With roads blocked and homes damaged, residents were cut off from essential services and unable to resume their daily lives.
