I've been wanting to get my hands on a Burroughs B21 for a long time, but this one gave me a lot of problems. The monitor cataract is obvious when you look at it, and we'll save that for another video, but there were a plethora of other problems, including:
* Monitor cable cut
* Four bad ICs on the CPU board
* Bad power supply
* Bad sectors on the hard drive
In this video I'll talk about the things I had to get it fixed, and we'll do a little demo at the end. The screen won't be very readable due to the cataract, but all the functions will be working. For more vintage computer projects, see smbaker.com
