When you get to Mount Woe in Chrono Trigger, you will fight this enemy named Rubble. He inflicts the Lock status on your whole party, so you can't use Techs or Items against him. He has a high evade, and will run away after not long. But if you manage to beat him, you get a bunch of exp and 100 Tech Points, which is a lot!
You'll encounter a handful of these guys on Mt. Woe in 12000 BC. They're not supposed to respawn after you fight them, but this one in particular does!
After the save point midway through the mountain, head north and look for a chain bridge to a small island to the east. There is a Rubble here with two treasure chests. For some reason, after you fight this one, you can leave the area and come back, and he will be on the island again!
