Released on iOS devices in 2009, Resident Evil: Degeneration was a loose adaptation of the film of the same name, set in the style of Resident Evil 4's gameplay. You are Leon Kennedy, sent to investigate an airport which had recently been hit by an airplane carrying infected, tasked with stopping the outbreak and discovering the cause of the crash.

As mentioned, the game takes strong influence from Resident Evil 4 in terms of its gameplay, with similar controls, movement and mechanics. As a result, fans of Resi 4 will likely get a kick out of this game despite its short length and basic story and setting. A little piece of Resident Evil's game history that was largely forgotten about!
